Our experts in immigration cases make easy and fast the whole process so you do not have to worry about a thing. Getting married is an important stage in one's life and we at the Pataki Center fully recognize that and make sure that your case of adjustment of status based on marriage to a US citizen will be handled professionally and confidentially.
In order to help you to be prepared, confident and to succeed at the interview we disclose and share all the questions that the immigration officer might ask you at the interview. Please review and answer the questions together with your spouse.

We also need the copy of the marriage certificate and if any of you have been previously married, in that case, we need the copy of the last divorce certificate issued by the court. In case of a multiple divorce we need all of your divorce certificates. The above-mentioned copies we listed are necessary for us to start the process of adjustment of status based on marriage. The total USCIS fees involved with the case is currently $1365 (do not send) and our fee for fully preparing the case is $600 (send).
|
| There will be an additional fee for the medical examination; the medical office or doctor authorized by the USCIS usually performs the examination for $150-300. Based on you address we will send you the information of the locations where you can do the medical examination for the USCIS. Please send all the above listed documents, copies, data and fee ($600 money order filled out for Pataki Center) and in 3-4 days you will receive in mail the whole case of adjustment of status fully prepared. |
| Just to have the peace of mind we contact you and confirm the reception of your mail. We process your application as soon as we get it and within 3-4 days you will get your case prepared by us. A few lines of self-obvious explanation will be added from our part concerning where to sign the prepared USCIS forms. Your case of adjustment of status will be fully prepared and after signing the forms and enclosing the proper USCIS fees you can send it straight to the USCIS. |
