In order to prepare your individual tax return, please send us the following:
- W-2 Form or 1099 Form, SSN (or ITIN) - your full name and date of birth,
- US address, phone number, and email address

In order to prepare your company's tax return, please send us the following:
- federal Tax ID number (EIN) and the name of the company
- address and the list of owners' name of the company
- phone number and email address, and the rest of the information we can have it by phone, e-mail
